Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
- 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment if the appointment is not filled by another client. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
- No-show-Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for your “missed” appointment.
- Late Arrivals-If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.Please note: We will try to accomodate EVERY customer. We understand your times is valuable and will try to work with your schedule as needed.

The Cummings Center is located on Route 62 (Elliott Street) in Beverly, MA. This is exit 22 east off Rte. 128N. From the front of the Cummings Center, pass the guard shack and take an immediate right in front of the 100 building (Danversbank is). Drive under the footbridge and take a left going around the building. Park by awning 120A. Enter there. Take the elevator at the bottom of the stairs to the 3rd floor. Off the elevator take a left. Go to the end of the hall and take a right. Rejuvenate Massage is a few doors down on the right, Suite 323G.
