We've all been there.  We start on January 1st making promises to ourselves that this year will be different...this year we're really going to lose the weight, get in shape, or both.  By February 1st, most people have abandoned their resolution. 
That's where I come in.  I've been where you are.  As a busy mom of three, I have struggled with weight-loss, dieting, and self-esteem.  But I don't struggle anymore.  I don't diet, I enjoy getting fit, and don't deprive myself of anything.  How do I do it?  Let me show you!

-Figure out a fitness plan and exercises that work for you that are safe and will show you results. Not every plan works for every person.  Knowing your likes and dislikes, I can design a plan that you can stick to.
-Figure out realistic goals.  Most people aim too high and set themselves up for failure. I can help you to avoid that.
-Hold you accountable.  If you set goals, I will hold you to them in a caring yet tough way. 
-Stop making excuses.  I've made every excuse out there, so I won't let you do the same.
-Work out in your own home with the equipment you already have or by suggesting a few additions.  Some people need to become confident working out in their own home before heading to a gym and some need the convenience of working out at home because time at the gym isn't possible.
